Each week includes 9 questions divided into three sections: reflection, communication, and connection. These questions will help you reflect on the week, address unresolved conflict, celebrate victories, and spark meaningful conversation!
In addition to the weekly questions, each week has a “bonus” question that covers a variety of topics that are essential to a healthy relationship. These topics are meant to dig deeper into specific areas of your relationship. Each topic lasts four weeks, and there is one question per week on each topic.
